DOROTHY ELLEN OLIVER
AUGUST 23. 1925 - FEBRUARY 28, 2010Dorothy Ellen Oliver, 84, of Clute, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2010, at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Terry Oliver in Manvel, Texas. She was born August 23, 1925, in Eddy, Texas, to Jesse and Ethel Keys.
She was loved by her family and friends and will be dearly missed.
Dorothy is survived by her children, William Carr and wife, Linda, Linda Robbins and husband, Doyle Wayne, Larry Oliver and wife, Terry; sister, Lavern Witt; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many other loving relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of 42 years, Roy Oliver; brothers and sisters, Bessie Tutor, Edna Marcell Schwarck, J. W. Keys, Joyce Stevenson and Virgil Keys.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 5, 2010, at Stroud Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Restwood Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to service time.
