Phillip Bailey Montgomery was born in San Angelo, Texas to Mr. Jack Miles and Mrs. Phyllis Dean Freer-Montgomery
He is survived by two sons: Patrick (Theresa) and Phillip Brandon Montgomery; and a daughter Lindsey Loggins-Downs (Jason); a brother, Robert Scott Montgomery; and a sister, Dale Montgomery-Foster.
He is preceded in death by both parents and his brother, Jack Miles, Jr.
He attended Eldorado High School in Eldorado, Tx and Brazosport College where he studied Criminal Justice.
He was a deputy sheriff for 34 years in Brazoria and Kendall Counties; a fireman in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
