Brandy Gail Gutierrez aka “MoMo”, a beloved wife, devoted mother, & loving grandmother , Daughter & cherished friend, passed away peacefully on 04/14/2026 at the age of 52.

 

Born on 10/15/1973 in Freeport, TX, Brandy Gail Gutierrez aka “MoMo” lived a life rooted in love, strength, and unwavering dedication to her family. She was known for her kind heart, warm spirit, and the way she made everyone feel welcomed and valued. Her greatest joy in life was being a wife and mother, roles she carried with grace, patience, and deep love.

 

She is survived by her loving husband, Gilbert Gutierrez, her children, Ashley Lara(Mike) Magen Gibson(David) Zachary Centeno , Gilbert L Gutierrez (Jenny) Joseph Gutierrez(Tania) and Grandchildren Isiah,Angel, Issac, Anthony, Victor Jr.”Lovies” Gabriella, Katalina , Joseph Jr. ,Leylani “Honeybear” She is also survived by her parents: Mother ,Holly Casey, Father Larry Cloud & Mother Jamie Cloud Mother n law Lily Gutierrez and siblings Stacy McNeely, Mandy Philips , Jake Hill and Kerry Cloud all of whom will forever cherish her memory. She was preceded in death by Brother Benjamin Cloud, Grandmother Lucille “Gigi”, Grandmother Scottie “Granny” Cloud, Father n law Augustine Gutierrez, Aunt Lana Hickman, Grandfather Gordan “Pawpaw” Hickman, .

 

Brandy Gail Gutierrez, had a brief period of time working for BISD , she enjoyed dancing with her husband to David Lee Garza and all Tejano music she touched countless lives through her compassion and generosity. Whether through a comforting word, a home-cooked meal, Baked goods or simply her presence, she made a lasting impact on everyone who knew her.

 

A viewing will be held on April 21, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Stroud Funeral Home. Facilitated by Deacon Adam Garza. Burial will follow at Restwood Cemetery from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM.

 

Pallbearers: Zachary Centeno, Kerry Cloud, Jake Hill, Joseph Gutierrez, Gilbert L Gutierrez, Mike Lara.

Honorary pallbearers: Isiah Centeno, Angel Lara, Issac Centeno, Anthony Gutierrez, Victor Jr.

Her love will remain in our hearts forever, guiding us and reminding us of the strength of family and the beauty of a life well lived.
