With heavy hearts we announce the unforeseen passing of Irene Sanchez of Clute TX. God called her to be with him on June 29th, 2026, after 51 years of sharing her beauty and grace with us on earth. She was born on July 10th, 1974, in Reynosa Mexico.
Irene will always be remembered as a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Though her time with us was too short, the love and memories she shared with every one of us was a gift that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
Irene was an incredible mother who loved spending quality time with her family more than anything through sharing laughter, celebrating life, and enjoying the rhythmic sounds of her music. Her kindness and gentle spirit helped uplift all those that knew her. The void that a mother leaves behind feels endless. Though we grieve her absence and warm presence Irene’s teachings, love, and memories will forever live on and guide her family and children.
The joy and light she brought into this world can never be taken away. Irene is lovingly survived by her husband Yoani Chavez, her mother Irene Gamino, Her father Jose Gamino, her brothers Phillipe Sanchez and Chris Gamino, Her sister in law Krystal Flores, her sister Esmerelda Gamino, her son Evaristo Meza Jr, her daughter Erica Meza, her son in law Roy Gonzales Jr, her son Luis Sanchez, her daughter in law Chelsey Marie Camacho, her son Alberto Meza, her daughter in law Carlie Ann, and her grandchildren Edwardo Meza, Eli Meza, Emilio Meza, Jermiah Meza, Rasheign Tisdale II, Ramazi Tisdale, Izayah Gonzalez Amiyah Gonzalez, Donnie Cruz Camacho Sanchez, Luis Felipe Meza Sanchez Jr, Giano Meza Sanchez.
A celebration of Irene’s life will be held on Saturday July 4th, 2026, at 11am at Stroud Funeral home in Clute TX where family and friends are invited to gather and honor her beautiful memories. We are eternally grateful for Irene and the blessing of getting to know her and share life with her. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and always be near us as we carry her in our hearts
