Betty Rea Frost Whiley Davis was born April 1, 1938 to Troy & Georgia Miner Frost in Parks, AR.
She died May 26, 2022 in Sugarland, TX.
On December 12, 1970 she married Willis L. Davis, a marriage of almost 52 years.
Betty was a member of Temple Baptist Church, and taught in the children’s department for many years.
She was a beautician in the Clute area and was loved by her many clients.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, Sally Yates and Bobbie Zimmer. Betty is survived by her husband Willis of Lake Jackson, and her brother, Johnny Frost (Betty Ann) of Jones Creek. Children, Marcella Peck (Allan)of Atlantic, IA, Allen Whiley ( Kimberly) of Iowa Falls, IA, Troy Whiley (Meridith) of Bellevue, NE, Edwin Davis (Sue) of Blanket, TX, Cathy Day of Brownwood, TX, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be 12:00pm Tuesday May 31 at Stroud Funeral Home in Clute. Visitation will be 10:00am – 12:00pm at the funeral home. Service will be officiated by Donald Hintze, pallbearers Richard Cooper, Tom Cothron, Harvey Klinegarner, David Rickaway, Ernie Roberts, and Ruben Cancino.
