Frank Wagner, 67, passed away on August 23, 2025. Frank was born on May 6, 1958 in Beaumont, Texas to Leon and Letha Wagner.
Frank was raised in Vidor, Texas. He worked as a mechanic his whole life. He was a loving Father, Brother, Uncle, and a Pawpaw. He enjoyed hanging out with his family and friends. He loved to BBQ and be outdoors. Even if it was just sitting there reading a book. He really enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys. He loved being around his grandchildren the most. He would help them fix their bikes. He loved to bring them to the beach and the splash pad every chance he got. Overall he just enjoyed being around them. He would always keep in touch with everyone he loved. Even if you weren’t born into the Wagner family, he made you feel like you were. He loved sending out I love you more text at just the right times. He is already missed dearly.
Frank is survived by his children, Amy Wagner, and Erick Ames. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Weston Evans and Kobe Evans, Aubrey Evans, Kimberley Ames, and Chelsea Ames. He is survived by his sisters, Bertie Brister and Renee Rossi
Frank is preceded by both of his parents, Leon and Letha Wagner and his siblings, Leon Wagner, Leonard Wagner, Charlie Wagner, Maryann Watson, Barbara Riviera, Edlin Lasalle.
The family would like to express gratitude to everyone who has shown up today to celebrate his life.
The services will be held at Rose City Baptist Church 1430 Old U.S. 90 Vidor, TX September 13, 2025 at 11:00 A.M.
