Steve (Rusty) Alan Lackey II left to be with his brother Dustin in the presence of the Lord on Monday, August 10, 2020. Born to Vikki Clingaman and Steve Alan Lackey on July 19, 1985. In the past few years, Rusty rededicated his life to the Lord. For 17 years Rusty was a proud and true ironworker and rigger and it was his heart’s desire to walk high among the beams. He had a green thumb for gardening and he enjoyed experimenting with flowers, vegetables and plants. He was passionately devoted to his dogs Goliath & Brutus, spoiling them and giving them all his love. They enjoyed their car rides to the beach and parks. He is survived by the love of his life and best friend, Lakhvir, parents, Vikki Clingaman & Jim Clingaman and Steve Lackey, grandparents Syble & Kenneth Hewitt, Gerald & Opal Lackey, brother Bristan Clingaman (Laura), close friend David Short, as well as numerous family and friends.
Visitation is at 9am, Funeral Service will be at 10 am, on Monday August 17, 2020 at Life 4 Square Church on 501 Karankawa St, Angleton, TX 77515. Burial will follow at Angleton Cemetery.
